juankada will never contact you to request your full password. Any communication purporting to be from juankada that requests your login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.
All financial transactions on juankada are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit is ₱20. Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other channels as listed on the Platform from time to time.
Deposits are credited to your juankada gaming wallet promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Deposit processing times vary by payment method and are outside juankada's control once a transaction is initiated on the payment provider's system.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used for the qualifying deposit ("same-source withdrawal policy") in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. juankada reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without juankada's prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, juankada's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to juankada in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
juankada is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or winnings, arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform, regardless of whether juankada was advised of the possibility of such damages.
juankada does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability. juankada will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where reasonably practicable.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to juankada's support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause prevents juankada from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
juankada reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
